If you’re looking for a delicious and affordable
food, we highly recommend Harbour City. It is one of the most popular Chinese restaurants
in Cebu, Harbor City in Ayala. It was opened last June 7, 2015. They offered
the midst range of food choices. Their food is wheeled by servers, table side
for convenient fast selection. Their specialties are; steam hakao, garlic pork,
pancit canton, fried shrimp balls, shao mai, spare ribs with salt and pepper,
spicy fried rice, and their food tastes good. One serve of their food is enough
for one person. Excellent service we receive from Harbour City. Harbour City’s
kitchen is very clean and the service and the positive response has been the
best experience for us in Harbour City, Ayala.
